CSAH 24)
Dear Ms. Danielson:
We have reviewed the drawin that y ou sent of the latest proposal for a Wal Pharmac at the
Bradshaw Funeral Home site in the northeast q uadrant of Hi 36 and Os Avenue.
This plan is acceptable to the Count Transportation Division. Since the closure of the fronta road
would affect access to the Washin Count Government Center, I solicited comments from various
officials at that location. Other than the need to inform Government Center emplo in advance of
the closure, I received no comments.
Closin the fronta road will re approval of the Minnesota Department of Transportation. On
May 29th, John Kohler, representin Wal and I met with MN/DOT representatives to discuss
this site. The current plans appear to be consistent with what MN/DOT indicated would be acceptable
at that meetin but their approval is necessar Sharon Anderson, MN/DOT Transportation Planner
delineated the State's re for approval in her letter of May 29 1h to YOU.
The access to CSAH 24 at the north propert line is acceptable to the Count This location is
consistent with the location that MN/DOT has identified for the relocated west fronta road connection
to CSAH 24. An access permit is re for this work. Specific desi elements of the drivewa will
need to be reviewed as part of the permittin process (such as the north half of it and whether it is
acceptable to the propert owner to the north).
