and Fill at 6187 Peabody Avenue North

Dear Mr. Holden:
The City is in receipt of your application to consider the retaining wall and fill proposed
at 6187 Peabody Avenue North. With this letter, we are notifying you that the
application will be complete with receipt of the following information by June 28, 2017:
1. Provide a scaled site plan of your yard including the property lines,
topography, existing structures, and location of the proposed retaining wall.
2. Provide elevations with dimensioning of the retaining wall.
3. Provide a drainage plan that includes potential impacts to neighboring
properties. The plan shall be signed by a registered engineer.
4. Provide a retaining wall plan with design calculations for footings and the wall
signed by a registered structural engineer.
5. Provide mailing labels from Washington County Surveyor's Office for
properties 500 feet from your property lines.
6. Provide pictures of your yard and the location of the proposed retaining wall.
Staff has reviewed your application and would invite you to a meeting to discuss your
request at 10:30 AM, June 28, 2017 at the Oak Park Heights City Hall. Please do not
hesitate to contact me with any questions prior to that meeting.
