With this letter, we are notifying you that the application will be complete with receipt of the following information by June 28, 2017: 1. Provide a scaled site plan of your yard including the property lines, topography, existing structures, and location of the proposed retaining wall. 2. Provide elevations with dimensioning of the retaining wall. 3. Provide a drainage plan that includes potential impacts to neighboring properties. The plan shall be signed by a registered engineer. 4. Provide a retaining wall plan with design calculations for footings and the wall signed by a registered structural engineer. 5. Provide mailing labels from Washington County Surveyor's Office for properties 500 feet from your property lines. 6. Provide pictures of your yard and the location of the proposed retaining wall.
