The plan is attractive and will provide its screenin function well. Since the ash do not provide a y ear-round screen, I would su that the be planted to the west of the berm and that additional ever be planted on the berm. 2. The species list is fine. 3. The plantin detail looks fairl complete; however, the Cit of OPH re that the twine be removed at plantin time. The detail specifies that the burlap needs to be removed from the top of the root ball but that the twine is to remain tied to the trunk for a y ear. It would be ver difficult to remove the burlap without removin the twine. The Cit would also like the top half of an wire basket removed from the root ball prior to back-fillin 4. A number of the trees on the W side of the propert are bein planted within or ver near the draina easement. The propert owner should be aware that, accordin to OPH Cit Code, an plants which are planted in a draina or utilit easement will need to be removed and/or replaced b the propert owner in the event that the Cit needs to do an work within the easement.
