All uses shall be subject to the following conditions and/or
restrictions imposed by the City Council of the City of Oak Park
Heights.
General Description:
1 . Construct and operate a Burger King Restaurant with drive thru.
2 . Two lane drive thru with menu boards allowed.
3 . Awning to be green in color - consistent with Oak Park Ponds Center.
4 . Applicant shall be allowed to remove Burger Kinq raceway letters on
the north and west side of the building and replace them with Burger Kinq
logo signs per its application - not to exceed 64 square feet each.
II . ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS AND PROVISIONS.
The following additional restrictions and provisions being part of the
Conditional Use Permit to be issued herein affecting the following
matters shall be:
