2006-01-04 Arborist Report - Trees by Pond

Johnson; Jim Butler; Scott Richards; Mark Vierling WaI -Mart - trees by Applebee's pond I have looked at the trees around and in the Applebee's pond area. Most are willow and there are also a couple cottonwood and boxelder. Many of the trees are concentrated around the pond and most are on the north side. All are volunteer trees of less than 12 in. in diameter and are not highly valued species. Therefore there is no problem in taking the trees out as the pond edges are re- graded and there is no tree replacement requirement. There are several conifers and an oak between the Applebee's parking lot and the pond area. These should be protected during the construction.
