The following report summarizes the field inspection findings and describes areas of compliance/non-compliance with the BCwD permit Rule 3.0 Erosion control. Our inspections will be using the procedures and protocols defined in the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activity. INSPECTION REPORT E XCELLENT This grade describes the overall condition of the site. Compliant All positive slopes within 200' of a water of the state or conveyance to a water of the state must have temporary protection or permanent cover within 7, 14, or 21 days, depending on the slope (or sooner if a special water).
