Dear Mr. Gussler:
In accordance with the marina plan received June 13, 2003, you are hereby authorized to remove,
replace and add pilings to hold the new dock structures. Twenty-eight piles and forty-four spud
poles will be removed and a total of thirty-four pilings will be used as indicated on the marina
plan. The total number of pilings at this facility will be thirty-nine 12 3/4"round piles. During the
re-construction process, any areas where unencapsulated foam particles could be released into the
water, a floating boom or silt fence must be used to retain the particles for removal and disposal.
All other terms and conditions of Permit #79-6220 remain in full force and effect. If you have
