There is only one item to be resolved. You had found that SAC charges had been missed on the previously constructed Sunnyside Marina Shower House. A determination was made that there is a SAC charge of$5,700(6 units at the 1997 rate of$950 each)due for this facility. Using this letter as an invoice,please remit this SAC charge within 30 days in order to avoid interest accrual. Reminder: Each city is required to report all SAC activity and remit the appropriate SAC payment on a monthly basis,due the 101 day following the calendar month of activity.
