Therefore, you will not pump out any further boats until the meter is reconnected. I am instructing our Finance Department to charge you 20,000 gallons for pump out for use through today. For any further days where you are observed having the system operating without the meter functioning we shall charge you an additional 10,000 gallons per day. Also we noted that the bathhouse water line is not protected by an RPZ valve. This line must be protected by and RPZ. I will allow you one week to get the Bathhouse line protected. If it is not protected by May 28, 2004 the water service to the Bathhouse will be disconnected. When we allowed you to make the changes to the water services one of the requirements ( to reduce your cost) was that we would provide you a replacement water meter for the bathhouse, the old meter would be returned to the City and we would re- use the radio on the old meter on the new meter. The old meter and its radio have not been removed from inside the bathhouse. Also by May 28th have the old meter removed from the bathhouse and call myself or Jeff Kellogg at 651-439-4439 to pickup the meter and re-install the radio on the new meters. If you have any questions, I will be back in town on Tuesday May 25th Sincerely, Jay E. Johnson, P.E.
