KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersi does hereb certif
in the above entitled action which has been pendin that a certain Notice of Lis Pendens', in the t:)
above named Court,, and which affected, involved and brou in q uestion the real estate,
situated in the Count of Washin and State of Minnesota, described as follows, to-wit:
A perpetual easement 80.00 feet in width for public roadwa draina and utilit
purposes over, under and across Lots 3 and 4, Block 1, Wal-Mart Addition,
Washin Count Minnesota. The centerline of said perpetual easement is
described as commencin at the southwest comer of Wal-Mart Addition,
Washin Count Minnesota, thence on an assumed bearin of North I de 52
minutes 03 seconds West alon the west line of said Wal -Mart Addition 40.03 feet
to the point of be of the centerline to be described thence South 89 de
36 minutes 19 seconds East 38.45 feet thence southeasterl 476.29 feet alon a
tan curve concave to the southwest havin a central an of 53 de 30
minutes 3 3 seconds and a radius of 5 feet and said centerline there terminatin
and which was filed for record in the office of the Re of Titles of said Count of
Washin on the 24th da of Februar 1999, and recorded as Document No. 107827 is hereb
dischar and said action has been dismissed so far as it pertains to the above-described real
property. And the Registrar of Titles of said County is hereby authorized and directed to
discharge the same upon the record thereof, according to the statute in such case made and
provided.
