We have 3 new applications to discuss at our next meeting. They are 1) a subdivision and concept plan approval for
WATE Enterprises (Will Zintl property and Ray Kennedy property); 2) an amendment to the conditional use permit for the
ropes course at the High School; 3) a variance to allow for an additional driveway for the new TCF Bank building.
