Please be advised that the Planning Commission, at their October
voted 4-0 to approve the site plan changes and the conditional use 21, 1999 meeting,
expansion of Stillwater Ford. The Planning Commission tabled the request
expansion of the major auto repair aspect pending permit to allow for

PURSUANT TO MINN. STAT. §429 . 081
TO: The City of Oak Park Heights from Stillwater Ford,
Lincoln-Mercury, Inc. 12969 North 60th Street, Oak Park
Heights, Minnesota 55082
On behalf of Stillwater Ford, Lincoln-Mercury, Inc. the
undersigned, being the President thereof, which company is the
owner of real property in the City of Oak Park Heights, does hereby
petition the City of Oak Park Heights to assess all connection
charges for trunk sanitary sewer, waterworks facilities, and trunk
storm sewer, and to undertake said assessment without public
hearing as otherwise provided for under Minn. Stat . §429 . 031 and
§429. 061 . The undersigned does herewith waive and release right to
public hearings and notices otherwise provided under the
aforementioned statutes and further does waive rights of appeal to
said assessment under Minn. Stat . §429 . 081 .
The undersigned requests the assessment be provided for
in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars
($75, 000 . 00) spread over a three (3) year period commencing with
collection of the first assessment in calendar year 1999 and
concluding in year 2001 . The undersigned does also herewith
petition and consent to the City determining said assessment at the
rate of eight percent (890 per annum from and after May 12, 1998 .
