AGREEMENT AND SWORN STATEMENT
The work for which this permit is issued shall be performed
according to:(1)the conditions of this permit;(2)the
approval plans and specifications;(3)the applicable city
approvals,Ordinances,and Codes;and,(4)the State Building
Code.This permit is for only the work described,and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which
requires separate permits. This permit will expire and become
null and void if work is not started within 180 days,or if work
is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180 days any time
after work has commenced. The applicant is responsible for
assuring all required inspections are requested in conformance
with the Minnesota State Building Code.

Hi Mark This is a letter to confirm that we discussed our intention to install a privacy fence along our property line
between your garage sidewall and our side yard lot line where the two Colorado Spruce are now.
The fence will be 6 feet tall and 24 feet long along the property line. It will sit entirely on our property. There will also
be an 8 foot section that forms a corner that will return towards our house.
Two Crimson Hawthorne trees will be planted on our side that will reach a height of 20 feet to soften the look from your
side once the trees reach their full height. A Magnolia will also be planted at the front edge of the fence fully on our
property to soften the appearance of the front edge. Fence is a high quality Certainteed Bufftech Fence in Weathered
Wood color. You saw the color sample and were comfortable with the color choice.
