The following tabulation summarizes these items. 1. Fence enclosure near the back of your lot: We have discussed the 42" RCP storm sewer installation at this location with the Contractor, Ryan Contracting, Inc. and they indicated a part of this feature must be removed and replaced. The depth of the new main at this location is 17.8 feet and the horizontal distance between the fence and the sewer is 12 feet. Therefore, the Contractor indicated that at least 10'-15° of the enclosure would need to be removed and replaced. That work would be part of the project, however it would be best if you moved the material from the enclosure prior to the construction. Offices St. Paul "cc Willmar ana St. Cloud, MN • Milwaukee. WI ijeUsite _ ts`.rroo.com Bituminous Driveway: In order to install the proposed main a strip about 10 feet wide along the entire length will have to be removed and replaced. This work will be part of the project. It is expected that during the actual installation about (5 working days) that you would not be able to park vehicles along the new temporary construction easement. The depth of the gravel and bituminous surfacing will match the existing conditions. 3. Small Trees: The four small trees along the easement will be removed temporarily stored. and replanted at the existing location. 4. Irrigation System: As you pointed out, there is an irrigation main along the edge of the pavement with heads that water the sodded drainage swale. The irrigation system will be removed and replaced as part of the project probably directly through a private contractor specializing in this work. As stated the existing lawn area that is maintained will be Bonestroo. Rose. Anderlik and Associates, Inc. Affirmative Action Equal Opoorfunrty Employer Principals: Otto Bonestroo, RE. • Joseph C.
