NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND
UTILITY EASEMEENT LOCATED N. OF 58TH ST.
N. &W. OF OAKGREEN AVE. N. WITHIN THE
OAK PARK SENIOR LIVING DEVELOPMENT
NOTICEIS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City
of Oak Park Heights, Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public
hearing, at the direction of the City Administrator, for the purpose of
reviewing and considering vacation of a Drainage and Utility Easement,
owned and controlled by the City of Oak Park Heights,as was conveyed
to the City with the associated Plat. Such Easement is in conflict with
the constructed senior living facility and is located, North of 58th street,
west of Oakgreen Ave., upon Parcel # 0502920110148 and is further
described below. The property owner shall convey a revised Easement
to the City for its required utilities.
Legal Description of Easement to Be Vacated by the City:
That part of the 30-foot-wide Drainage and Utility Easement that was
created by OAKGREEN VILLAGE, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles,Washington County,
Minnesota. The Drainage and Utility Easement runs in a generally north
and south direction over Outlot D,between Blocks 14 and 15, Blocks 11
and 12, Blocks 8 and 9, and Blocks 5 and 6.
The portion of the Drainage and Utility Easement to be vacated is
the portion that lies within the newly Platted Lot 1, Block 3, OAK PARK
SENIOR LIVING,according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Registrar of Titles,Washington County.

The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on
Thursday,April 12,2018 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall, 14168 Oak
Park Blvd. N., Oak Park Heights, Minnesota 55082. All written and oral
comments will be considered.
Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Com-
mission is anticipated to be held by the City Council on Tuesday, April
24, 2018 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall
