(HSI) conditional use permit. Occupancy of the building is contingent upon compliance with all building and fire codes including a fire suppression system. occupancy of the building by HSI, before installation of a fire suppression system, shall be allowed contingent upon a signed agreement of the property owner that the entire building shall be outfitted for fire suppression by July 1, 2000. An additional condition is recommended by the city Attorney and the Building Inspector:. The maximum building occupancy should not exceed 50 persons until such time as the building is connected to the municipal water and sewer service and it is fully operational.
