PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES
Thursda J ul y 10, 2003
Call To Order: Chair Dw called the meetin to order at 7:00 p.m. Present:
Commissioners Li1 e Oswald, Runk and Powell. Cit Administrator Johnson, Cit Planner
Richards and Commission Liaison McComber.

desi chan to office/warehouse buildin and parkin at 5610 Memorial Ave. N.
Cit Planner Richards reviewed his report, discussin prior approval for planned unit development
and the re q uest for chan to desi and parkin Richard noted that the proposed plan chan
appear to be better suited for the site and the applicants needs.
Chair Dw opened the hearin for public comment. Applicant, Will ZM'd was present and made
himself available for q uestions.
There bein no visitors to the public hearin Chair Dw seconded b Commissioner Lil
moved to close the public hearin Carried 5-0.
Commissioner Lilje seconded b Commissioner Powell, moved to recommend Cit Council
approval subject to conditions noted within the J ul y 2, 2003 Plannin Report, specificall
1. The access and circulation plan is sub to review and approval of the Cit En and
Fire Chief.
2. The applicant should identif the location of snow stora within the site plan.
3. The four off-street parkin staffs located within the loadin area be eliminated and the
ad row of parkin (to the northwest be extended to the southeast.
4. The landscapin plan is sub to review and approval b the Cit Arborist.
5. The applicant shall pa a tree replacement fee set b the Cit Arborist.
6. The draina and g radin g plan is subject to the review and approval of the Cit En
7. The utilit plan is sub to the review and approval of the Cit En and Fire Chief.
8. The location of fire h and sprinkler s within both buildin shall be sub to
review and approval of the Fire Chief and/or Buildin Official.
9. All site li g htin g shall be constructed in conformance with the Zonin Ordinance.
