Please be advised that the Plannin Commission held a public hearin at their meetin April 10th to consider this re and voted to recommend approval of the concept and g eneral plan of development amendment and site plan review with conditions as stated in the Recommendin Resolution. Please refer to the enclosed resolution. Your April 10, 2003 plannin packet contains the planner's report for this application. Please brin this report to the Council Meetin THIS ACTION WAS TABLED TO THE MAY 13 th MEETING. 1"%X'G-'JSOLUTION NO, CITY COUNCIL CITE" OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS wASMNGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA WHEREAS, the City of oak Parr Heights has received a request from WATE Enterprises, Inc. for concept and general plan of development amendment and site plan review for a cold storage building at 5670 Memorial Avenue North; and after having conducted a public hearing relative thereto, the Planning Commission of oak Parr Heights recommended that the application be approved with conditions. The City Council of the City of oak Parr Heights makes the following findings of fact: follows, to wits and 1. The real property affected by said application is legally described as SEE ATTACHMENT A 2. The applicant has submitted an application and supporting documentation to the Community Development Department consisting of the following items mil 3. The site is zoned B -3, Highway Business and warehousing District and is part of an approved planned unit development project of office and warehousing use; and request; and 4. The City staff prepared a memorandum dated April 4, 2003 reviewing the 5. The memorandum dated April 4, 2003 recommended that additional information be provided before the Planning Commission tape action on the request; and 10. All si gnage plans shall be subject to review and approval of C ity staff. 11. A Development Agreement shall be subject to the review and approval of the City Attorney. 12. A photometric lighting plan shall be submitted subject to review and approval of City staff. 13. Any other conditions of City staff, the Planning Commission, the Parrs Commission, and the City Council. Approved by the City Council of the City of Oak Parr Heights this 13 day of May 2003.
