Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 1 Hi Cole, I have your permit entered and ready to issue. As I am out of the office today, you can pick it up at the office on Tuesday or later. The permit fee is$113.75 payable to the City of Oak Park Heights. We are able to accept check or cash for permits. If you want you may mail this in to my attention at City of Oak Park Heights, P.O. Box 2007, Stillwater, MN 55082. If you opt to pick up at City Hall, please let me know when you wish to do so, so that I may arrange to be in the office to print it for you. Opitz will need to pull their electric permit through the MN Dept of Labor& Industry, electrical division. They will issue the permit and do the inspections with regard to the electrical work. Sign off for the work will be on your inspection record. The ceiling and what appears to be newly created storage beneath the stairway will need to be rocked with fire rated gypsum as per MN 2015 residential code.
