The letter stated that we needed that information by July 1 , 2018 which included the following: 1. Provide the dimensions of the back yard, starting at the rear of the house to the rear lot line and including the width of the lot. 2. Have the north property line marked by a surveyor along that area in front of the existing garage and the garage addition. If possible, take pictures and include the dimensions from the existing garage to the property line. 3. Provide any easements that you are aware of for access through your property to 57th Street North. Without this information, we deem the application incomplete and cannot consider this at the Planning Commission meeting on August 16, 2018. The information listed above must be submitted no later than August 31, 2018 to be placed on the September 13, 2018 Planning Commission meeting. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Sub. 3(f), the City of Oak Park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency/city review of the application for an additional 60-day period (for a total of 120 days from the date of application) inasmuch as the City has determined that additional research and study by the City staff relative to the complexity of the project as proposed will be required.
