RE: Oak Park Heights - Conditional Use Permits for Setback and Rear Yard
Coverage-Garage Addition at 5737 Peller Avenue North

Dear Mr. Patrick
The City is in receipt of your application to allow the construction of a garage addition at
5737 Feller Avenue North. The Conditional Use Permits are required for the setback to
the side property line and the rear yard coverage of the accessory building. With this
letter we are notifying you that the application is not complete. The City will deem it
complete with receipt of the following items by August 1,2018:
1. Provide the dimensions of the back yard, starting at the rear of the house to
the rear lot line and including the width of the lot.
2. Have the north property line marked by a surveyor along that area in front of
the existing garage and the garage addition. If possible, take pictures and
include the dimensions from the existing garage to the property line.
3. Provide any easements that you are aware of for access through your
property to 57th Street North.
The application would be considered at a Public Hearing of the Planning Commission
on August 16,2018. If recommended by the Planning Commission at that meeting,the
City Council will consider the application at their August 28,2018 meeting.
