Dear Mr. Z]nt|:
Just e quick note to remind you that the Planned Unit Development amended approvals
granted by the City Council on January 22, 2008 will expire upon January 22 2009 as per City
Ordinance 401-16.H unless physical implementation of the approved PUD Amended project
has commenced.
You ma re an extension of the P.U.D. Permit not less than 30 da prior to the
expiration date of January 22L2O88. You may request en extension as outlined \nCity
(}rd|nante 401.03.C.4, which requires that you submit your request for extension, in writing,
to the Zoning Administrator,. Eric Johnson, stating the facts of your request for extension,,
showing @ good faith attempt tO utilize the permit and bshall state the additional time being
required to begin the proposed construction.
The application requesting extension shall be heard and decided hmthe City Council prior to
the lapse of approval of your original request(January2J-2OO9). Please note that the City
Council, when making its determination on whether a good faith attempt has been made to
utilize the permit, the City Council shall consider such factors as the type, design and size of
proposed construction, any a:pplicable restrictions on financing, or special and/or unique
circumstances beyond the control ofthe applicant which have caused the delay.

Three copies of the PUD document were mailed to you by City Administrator Johnson on
March 11, 2008 for signature and return. To date, we have not received the signed
documents back from you. Prior to any work permits being issued or any work
commencement, these documents will need to be signed and returned to the City for
recording.
