I have the following observations: 1. The landscaping which has been installed does not match the landscape plan submitted for approval. 2. It is most consistent with that plan on the east side, which faces Goodwill, with a number of evergreens which provide good screening outside the fence around the sub - station. 3. On the south side a few evergreen and deciduous trees have been planted, and, in this location, the ground is above the level of the drive into Goodwill and not much is visible - screening is adequate. 4. On the west side, facing Lowe's /CSM parking lot and detention basin, there are some evergreen and deciduous trees and shrubs planted, screening probably adequate. 5. On the north side, there are a few deciduous trees and shrubs planted and also larger existing trees which provide adequate screening. The trees and shrubs planted are of appropriate size and species and appear to be healthy. Even though the installed landscaping does not match the plan submitted, the landscaping is attractive and will provide adequate screening, along with the fencing around the facility.
