2019 Home Occupation Permit
IN CONSIDERATION OF The statements made by Carolyn McDermott in her
application therefore duly filed in this office, which application is hereby made a part hereof,
PERMISSION IS HEREBY GRANTED To said Carolyn McDermott as owner to a child
daycare business situated upon that tract of land with the physical address of 14211 Upper
54' St., N., Oak Park Heights, MN 55082.
This permit is granted upon the express conditions that said owner and her contractors,
agents, workers and employees, shall comply in all respects with the ordinances of the City
of Oak Park Heights.
Given under the hand of the City Administrator of said City of Oak Park Heights and
its corporate seal this 9th day of January, 2019.
