IN CONSIDERATION OF The statements made by Todd Follis in his application
therefore duly filed in this office, which application is hereby made a part hereof,
PERMISSION IS HEREBY GRANTED To said Todd Follis as owner to Squadron
Enterprises—a sign company, situated upon that tract of land with the physical address of
15207 63rd St. N., Oak Park Heights, MN 55082.
This permit is granted upon the express conditions that said owner and his contractors,
agents, workers and employees, shall comply in all respects with the ordinances of the City
of Oak Park Heights.
