An electronic copy of this resubmittal was sent to Scott Richards via email.If there are any additional questions or comments on this project or the store please let me know.Thanks. 1. Please provide the mailing labels for properties within 500 feet of the exterior boundaries of the property. a. The Mailing labels have been included in this submittal package. 2. Clarify the fencing plans for replacement south of the yard.Will the fence be replaces as it is currently exists?Pictures to indicate the existing situation and plans for the new fence should be included. a. The fence will not be"new"the existing fence will be reused and moved further south to accommodate the new addition.A street view photo of the existing fence was included in this package. 3. Indicate what landscaping is to be removed and replaced to accommodate the lane and canopy addition as well as moving the fence.The plan from Menards and the plans from Loucks do not agree and should be clarified. a. The Menards landscape plan was updated to show the trees that may have to be relocated. We plan to save trees where possible but because several are right on the edge of the expansion area it will depend on the contractors work if they can be saved or if they need to be replaced. 4. All lighted signs will be required to comply with current standards.The sign lighting should be designed such that only the text and logo portions of the signs are to be lit at night.The sign background will need to be dark. a. All signs will comply with the city standard at the time of installation. 5. Please contact the Brown's Creek Watershed District to determine if they will need to review the plans. a. A set of plans will be sent to the watershed.
