Re: Escrow Funds Release: L.1, B.1, Oak Park Station (S & C Bank)
Dear Jer-Den LLC:
With respect to the above-referenced, the City of Oak Park Heights continues to hold the $1,000
deposit made for Certificate of Occupancy and Ordinance Compliance Escrow. These funds
were deposited with the City of Oak Park Heights on March 19, 2002, during the time of the
construction of S & C Bank.
In order for me to authorize return of this escrow, I must receive the final "as-built" certificate of
survey for the property. Kindly remit the same to me within 30 days of the date of this letter,
along with the appropriate contact name and address to whom the deposit should be refunded
to.
Failure to submit the requested information in the time frame given will result in the City utilizing
the escrow amount to contract service to have the as-built prepared, with any remaining balance
refunded to you.

regarding the as-built requirement and/or the release of the escrow, please contact me directly
