III. Review:
Pursuant to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Oak Park
Heights periodic review of this Conditional Use Permit is
imposed as a condition of its grant. This Conditional Use
Permit shall be reviewed annually at the direction of the
Planning Commission which shall notify the permit holder of
the date of the annual review at least ten (10) days prior
to the review hearing.
