We are proposing a sign that is ORPORA IED equal in size to the McDonald's sign which is located adjacent to this site. Per my phone conversation with Jim Butler, Wednesday, January 19, 1994, he informed me that McDonald's pylon sign is 360 SF with an entire sign package of 943 SF and that KFC's entire sign package total is 729 SF. Taco Bell would be asking for 193 SF pylon sign which would bring the entire sign package to 227 SF. The proposed Taco Bell sign package is one quarter the size of McDonald's and one third the size of KFC's sign package.
