The temporary structure shall not require an automatic sprinkler system. S. The timing for the issuance of such actual permits will be approximately 7 days as these must come from the City Attorney's office. In the interim, you may proceed with filling of the area adjacent to the entrance station and as shown on the submitted piano You had indicated that there is to be some excavation prior to placing fill upon this site. Please ensure that this fill is placed in an appropriate area, i.e. not in a wetland, drainage swale or other sensitive area. Please submit a drawing where such fill is to be placed so the City has the fill site documented. The area to be filled for these structures was discussed and was included in the CUP document and authorizing resolution as approved by the Council. Please note that Xcel may place the trailers on this site before both Xcel and the City have executed the CUP document as approved by the City Council, but you would be required to correct any inconsisten. This is a follow up to our conversation. Xcel Energy, King plant, in re-- powering the facility, will be installing a temporary administration /engineering building. The structure will be located between the existing guard house and the existing substation. The structure will be comprised of portable, interlocking, construction -type trailer, office space units. This enclosure will house four (4) additional restrooms. No structural changes will physically occur with regard to the Bayport sanitary sewer system. The administration building sewer outlet connection will connect to the existing lift station at King, which outflows into the Bayport sanitary system. This building unit will remain on site through the entire M ERP project, approximately 2007, year end. We need to document your being notified and our receiving consent for this additional usage in our documentation preparation for the building permit, through oak Park Heights, MN. The permit process and inspections will be administered through oak Park Heights, the site's LGU.
