We request that the City amend the Conditional Use Permit to approve the addition of 4 trailers of similar construction to the original 9 trailers. The 4 new trailers will be set just to the east of the existing trailers in a space that is currently used as a parking area and will utilize all of the existing utility services. Since we will lose a large portion of the parking lot, we also plan to fill in a drainage ditch to the west of the existing trailers. Upon your agreement that we can proceed, we will obtain all necessary fill permits from the City. We have contacted Mr. Ben Meyer of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Assoc. to obtain a determination of the drainage area as related to the Wetlands Conservation Act. Mr. Meyer has approved an exemption for the area based on the determination that the area is an incidental wetlands. A copy of the determination is attached. We request approval of this activity on or before April 1, 2005. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
