Dear Mr. Davies:
Thank you for the email regarding the meeting today with Staff. In our letter sent on
April 17, 2019, we provided a list of items that were to be submitted by today to deem
the application complete. These items will need to be provided no later than 12:00 PM
April 26, 2019 in order for you to move forward at the May 9, 2019 Planning
Commission meeting:
1. Provide an additional check of$1,000.00 for escrow.
2. Provide pictures of all four sides of the existing building.
3. Provide an inventory of the existing signs on site with dimensions. Will there be
any changes to the freestanding sign?
4. All light fixtures need to be designed as full cut off. Decorative light fixtures may
be used if the light source of fully shielded.
5. Provide the square footage of the dining/service area and the kitchen area to
verify parking.
6. Update the plant inventory to include all existing trees. Verify tree sizes to
determine the correct diameters.
7. Provide a location for a bike rack.
8. Provide a building material sample board. This is not required until the Planning
Commission meeting.
Once the materials are submitted, we will determine if a meeting is necessary next
Wednesday to address any questions Staff may have.
