Aubree and I (and our kids Ben and Charlotte) moved in last June. We are having a 5' wood privacy fence built around our back yard and we need to let you know this and have you acknowledge in writing (either a signature or written communication) that you've been notified. I've gotten the other neighbors signatures, but any kind of written communication is fine too according to the "memorandum of acknowledgement" from the city of Oak Park Heights. Since you and Phil haven't moved in yet, can you send me a quick email saying you've been notified? Thank you!
