Staff has had an opportunity to review the materials and the following additional materials are needed / required to make an adequate evaluation of the project as well as complete application. Please remit the following information to my attention by May 3 I' 2005. Upon the receipt of such information the City will consider the application complete and will schedule a public hearing for June 9P, 200 at 7pm — oak Park Heights City Hall 14 Three (3) large scale 24" X 36" and twenty (20) 11 " X 17" of the proposed improvements, these drawings must clearly show the current conditions AND the proposed final conditions — including drainage. The drawings should also have a cross - section of the proposed roadway. 2. A clearly def ined tree i ventory. All trees that are to be impacted and/or removed must be INDIVIDUALLY indicated, sized and species identified. Clouded areas of impact are not satisfactory. 3. A statement from a licensed wetland specialist that there are no impacted wetlands; or if there are impacted wetlands, a wetland Delineation and Report indicating compliance (no net loss, incidental, etc) must be provided prior to the June 9 public hearing. The City is in receipt of your Development Application form and the $400 Conditional Use permit application fee. The City will waive the $ 1,000 escrow for this application as previous escrow payments will be satisfactory. Should the City not receive this information. by 430 pm on May 31'% 2005, the City win reject the application and return th.Q materials to your attention. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 15.99, Subd. 3(f), the City of oak park Heights is herewith extending the period of time for agency /city review of the project for an additional 60 day period (for a total of 1 20 days from the date of application) inasmuch as the City has detenn.ined that additional research and study by City staff relative to the project as proposed will be required.
