The demo was reported 2/16. You would use the SAC-B form with Credits and enter the new permit information in the
new use section and then enter the demo credit information on the previous use section. Make sure to enter 1 charge
and 1 credit to get the net result to be 0. Then on SAC-A enter 1 in the charge and 1 in the credit on the single family
line.

Hi Jessie —
We reported demolition of 15105 63rd St. N. in Feb. 2016. This is a house that burned down. We did not note credit for
this property, with the expectation that the sac with the property would remain with the property. The new home is a
single family just as the former was.
Is the expectation that a new sac is not required accurate? If so, how do I report this new dwelling to you folks in your
regular reporting?
