There is no issue if the sign is a cabinet sign,just so that the background is not lit. It appears as though this may be the

Josh of Goodtimes Tattoo stopped in for a wall sign permit. There is no issue with the size, but I wondered if you would
allow this or call it out as a cabinet sign and prohibit it.
