Hi John-
I received an e-mail from Judy that you were looking for quarterly reports on fire inspections performed by Brad
Carmichael for the City of Oak Park Heights.
The fire inspection contract states that Oak Park Heights will collect the fees and they shall be reported to Bayport. It says
nothing more related to time frame for report of this collection, other than that OPH will pay Bayport monthly, which we do.
This fee and/or reporting is done each month, Our Accountant, has advised me that he provides a copy of the report
along with the checks sent. I presumed this to be the reporting expected and had no idea you were expecting quarterly
reports. As such, I apologize for any confusion created as a result.
I will be by City Hall later today and will drop off the report for you. You will see by the report that there were no fire
protection permits issued the first quarter of the year and only two during the second quarter. I would be happy to send
you monthly reports such as I prepare for our Finance Dept. or quarterly. Kindly let me know your preference and I will
add it to my reports schedule.
As I have mentioned before, the permitting system does provide for some report features. If there is ever anything that our
department can do in the way of this kind of reporting to streamline things, just drop me an e-mail and I am happy to do
what I can.

Julie,
John Nash from Bayport called this week asking for his quarterly Fire Inspection Reports. He's doing budgets for 2004
and has nothing to go by from us on how many fire inspections they've had at OPH for the 1.i 6 months of this year.
Would you please send him the March and June quarterly report. Apparently he's suppose to get them quarterly,so
please send them to Bayport in the future.
