Hi Judy and Kathy:
SuperAmerica/Valvoline is planning to make their landscaping improvements this summer. There
is a new representative working on this from their end now, but he has the site inventory done by
Kathy last fall and knows that the project must be completed to get the escrow back (FYI, now
Valvoline, not SuperAmerica owns the corner - with some corporate restructuring - but
SuperAmerica will work out the details).
Please let me know if you have any questions, will look forward to getting this one off of the books
