As per y our re we have confirmed the status of the projects that have recentl been
g iven approval b the Cit Council but are not y et under construction. Their status is as
follows:
Bur Kin An application for a buildin permit has been received b the Cit The
Cit is waitin for the easement a between Holl Video and Bur Kin
addressin the issue of the Holl Video trash enclosure built upon the Bur Kin
lot. This easement must be received b the Cit before the permit can be issued.
Arb The application for the buildin permit has been received and is currentl under
review b the Buildin Inspector, Jim Butler.
SuperAmerica: A buildin permit application has been received b the Cit The permit
will not be issued until the hard shell of the final plat has been received and si b Cit
officials. Additionall the development contract must be si b SuperAmerica and the
Cit before the pro can g o forward.
Upon resolution of the outstandin issues referenced here or an major issues with the
buildin plans, the Buildin Official could issue permits for all of these projects within ten
workin da
