It appears as though you have most of the items completed that were indicated in my March 18, 2020 letter to you. The items that are needed is a grading and drainage plan for the expansion of the parking lot. Our City Engineer will need that information and you had indicated that your Engineer is working on that. Additionally,the plan is not clear as to the number of vacuum units that will be added and the total decibel reading if all of the vacuum units were being run at the same time. The City will likely impose a time range for when the vacuums can be in use. Let me know where you are at with this additional information. As we discussed,the Planning Commission meeting on April 9, 2020 has been canceled. If we receive the information requested, we could hold a special meeting prior to the April 28, 2020 City Council meeting. In that way,your approval schedule will not be delayed.
