residence is a permitted use within the zoning district.
The City of Oak Park Heights does not distinguish between rental and ownership
for residential uses.

Human Services, Inc. (HSI) has purchased a townhome in your city. It is their
plan to lease it to participants in the programs they provide for the community.
The address of the townhome, as well as it's legal description, is attached.
The financing for the purchases is being provided through the Minnesota
Housing Finance Agency. MHFA is asking that HSI obtain verification that City
zoning allows the townhome to be used as a rental. They have provided the
attached form to be completed by the City as evidence the use of the townhome
as a rental is permitted by the City and to assure that any rental license required
by the municipality is obtained.
We respectfully ask the City to complete the attached form provided by MHFA or
provide a letter that addresses the questions asked for submission by Human
Services, Inc. to MHFA.
