Project Description: electrical wiring to garage
New construction of detached garage in back yard. I will be installing wiring from house to garage. Two courtesy lights on
outside of garage. Two electric outlets on outside of garage. There will also be some electrical outlets on inside of garage
with some ceiling lights. Quanity of circuits is 12 with 100 amp breaker box.
A rough-in inspection is required before any wiring is concealed by insulation, wall covering, ceiling cover, trench
backfill, etc. If wiring is concealed before inspection, the person responsible for concealing the wiring must cover the
cost associated with uncovering and replacing the covering material.
The installer must notify the inspector for final inspection when the wiring is complete and before the wiring is utilized
and the space is occupied.
