Dear Ms. Johnson:
The City is in receipt of your application materials submitted on August 11, 2020 to
allow for a newly constructed garage at 6165 Beach Road North to exceed the height of
the principal structure. The Amended Conditional Use Permit is required to allow the
change to the conditions of the Conditional Use Permit approved by the City Council on
July 23, 2019. With this letter we are notifying you that the application is complete.
The Planning Commission would consider the application at a meeting scheduled for
September 10, 2020 at 6:00 PM in the City Hall Council chambers. The agenda and
planning report will be mailed to you prior to the meeting.
