Oak Park Heights, MN 55082 Reference: Palmer Station: Certificate of Survey Review, Lot 7 Dear Eric, We have reviewed the certificate of survey submitted for Lot 7, Palmer Station. The attached revised survey for Lot 7 is in substantial conformance with the approved grading plan. As a condition of the permit for this lot, include the requirement that the City be notified when the final grading of the lot is completed (before the sod is placed) so that the grades and drainage can be confirmed before the sod is placed. Also attached is a redlined version of the certificate of survey that shows an area on Lot 6 adjacent to Lot 7, that may need remedial grading. This will be determined at the time of the inspection of the final grading of Lot 7 (prior to the placement of sod on Lot 7 as indicated above). A portion of Lot 6 may need regrading, which may consist of the removal of existing turf and re -sodding once any drainage issues are corrected.
