Will you please advise us as to whether or not the following
described premises have been assessed for local improvements, such
as: sewer, water, garbage, streets, etc. and if so, the amount of
such assessment,still owing. Also would you inform us if there are
any pending assessruents on this property.
Description: Lots 11, 12, and 13, except the Northerly 17.75
feet of said Lot 13, Block 19, Elfelts Addition to Oak t'ark, according
to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register
of Deeds, Washington County, Minnesota. Plate 60375-6150
