Even if there are 2 addresses. If utilities are billed separately, then additional SAC is due. If separate structure has its own utility connection to the street, additional SAC is due. If they are using the existing sewer connection of the home, it's 0 SAC due. I have attached the most recent plan for the addition work. Per my conversations with the couple who live her and are doing the addition, it will not be an office, not be rented, will not have access from the primary structure (only the exterior) and is likely going to be occupied by a family member.
