AS AN ACCESSORY USE
LOCATED AT 14375 60TH ST.N.
CITY OF OAK PARK HEIGHTS
WASHINGTON COUNTY,MINNESOTA
It is anticipated that the meeting will be conducted by telephone or other electronic means due to the
ongoing COVID-19 health pandemic. The meeting will follow the provisions of Minnesota Statute §
13D.021. If practical, members of the public may be permitted to remotely listen to the meeting as
provided in 13D.021, Subd. 3, subject to such person paying for any added cost incurred by the City as a
result of the additional connection. Please contact the City at 651.439.4439 in advance of December 10,
2020 if you desire to remotely monitor the meeting so that necessary arrangements can be made.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Oak Park Heights,
Washington County, Minnesota shall hold a public hearing, at the direction of the City Administrator,upon
the application of Brian Goblirsch on behalf of Keep It Growing, for a Conditional Use Permit to allow
open and outdoor storage and rental of U-Haul vehicles and/or trailers as an accessory to its primary
business, located within the Oak Park Plaza development at 14375 60th St. N., City of Oak Park Heights,
County of Washington and State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:
Washington County Property Number: 04.029.20.21.0007
The public hearing shall be held before the Planning Commission on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at 6:00
o'clock p.m. All written and oral comments will be considered.
Review of the findings and recommendation of the Planning Commission is anticipated to_be held by the
City Council on Tuesday,January 14,2021 at 6:00 o'clock p.m. at the City Hall.
