The utility service termination has been taken care of. Based on the communication below from Joan and my conversation with my City Administrator, Eric Johnson, we are willing to issue this permit for demolition as a matter of clean up detail. Sharon, can you please confirm that this building is merely being demolished and no new structure planned in its location? And if this is accurate, please confirm that you are in acceptance with the City of Oak Park Heights issuing the demolition permit. Hailey, if we in fact do issue the permit, we can attend to notarizing Rob's signature at City Hall. Will follow up, when I have received confirmation and approval from Sharon. Please submit your demo permit application to them (I have copied Julie Hultman, the Building Official) and OPH will issue you the permit.
