KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, Mark J.
Vierling, attorney for Plaintiff, does hereby certify that a certain Notice of Lis Pendens, in the
above-entitled action which has been pending in the above-named Court and which affected,
involved and brought in question the real estate, situated in the County of Washington and State of
Minnesota,described as follows,to-wit:
A temporary construction easement across the West 133 feet of the North 15 feet of
the following described parcel:
All that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4,
Township 29, Range 20, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows, to-
wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of Northwest Quarter;
running thence south along the west line thereof 897.2 feet; running thence East and
parallel with the North line thereof 485.52 feet to a point; running thence North and
parallel with the west line thereof 897.2 feet to the north line thereof; running thence
West along the north line thereof 485.52 feet to the point of beginning. According
to the United States Government Survey thereof.
EXCEPT FOR:
That property previously conveyed to Quentin W. Nordeen and Evelyn E. Nordeen
by Warranty Deed dated April 7, 1959, recorded April 7, 1959 in Book 219 of
Deeds, Page 275, and
That property previously conveyed to Simon O. Johnson and Jordyce M. Johnson,
dated May 10, 1963, recorded October 14, 1963 in Book 262 of Deeds, Page 346,
and
That property previously conveyed to Allan T. Palmer and Georgann E. Palmer by
Warranty Deed dated April 20, 1972, recorded April 21, 1972 in Book 316 of
Deeds, Page 16
and which was filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County of Washington
on the 2nd day of February, 1999, as Document Number 3027409, is hereby discharged. The
County Recorder of said County is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the same upon the
record thereof, according to the statute in such case made and provided.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the undersigned has hereunto set his hand this
day of June, 2000.
