Based on an assessment provided by Innovative Basement Authority ("IBA"), the structure is experiencing bowing walls in the foundation that is greater than what is considered normal for the age of the structure. IBA has recommended INTELLIBRACE to stabilize the foundation. Residential Engineering Services, LLC ("RES") has reviewed the data provided by IBA and RES has verified that the proposed products are adequate per the manufacturers requirements for the loads applied.
